Complete renovation of Urdaneta Palace, a XIX century building, for its use as library and cultural center of the county council.
In the basement where the exhibition area will be held, the inner patios are usable for high exhibits setting ups.
The structure of load walls is conserved so that it organizes the circulations around central courtyards with an outer corridor of reading rooms. The central spaces are occupied with the main stairs and the corridors become two height book stacks. As a result of this, the ends are accessible to the user in a free and direct way.
